Some simple phrases for traveling in Japan:

東京便は何時ですか
toukyou bin wa nan desu ka
When is there a flight to Tokyo?

この電車は横浜へ行きますか
kono densha wa yokohama e ikimasu ka
Does this train go to Yokohama?”

次の駅は新橋ですか
tsugi no eki wa shinbashi desu ka
Is Shinbashi the next station?

空港までお願いします
kuukou made onegai shimasu
I’d like to go to the airport.

券売機はどこですか
kenbaiki wa doko desu ka”;
Where is the ticket machine?

Fun Japanese Phrases with より – (yori – more than)

より – yori – more than

bigger:

彼の家は私の家より大きいです – kare no ue wa watashi no ue yori okii desu
His house is bigger than mine.

彼の頭は私の頭より大きいです – kare no atama wa watashi no atama yori okii desu
His head is bigger than mine.

longer:
彼女のえんぴつは私の鉛筆より長いです – kanojo no enpitsu wa watashi no enpitsu yori nagai desu
Her pencil is longer than mine.

彼女の鼻は私のはなより長いです – kanojo no hana wa watashi no hana yori nagai desu
Her nose is longer than mine.

dirtier:

彼女の部屋は私の部屋より汚いです – kanojo no heya wa watashi no heya yori kitanai desu
Her room is dirtier than mine.

彼の顔は私の顔より汚いです – kare no kao wa watashi no kao yori kitanai desu
His face is dirtier than mine.

 

Subsitute ‘house 家 ue’, ‘nose 鼻 hana’, ‘face 顔 kao’ etc with other words and create your own fun phrases.
